NAGNATA is committed to a sustainable fashion future and offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
